Jungle scene writing

Jungle Stairs, Indonesia

One busy morning on a nice tragic day, when i wanted to run away and be free, i came upon a pleasing jungle with native trees and beautiful stairs along the way. I rusted ford as i could feel my hair swing throw the wind. The stairs felt like a bumpy snake. It had  this green ferns and dangling Pisces of vines. It was peaceful and quite, beside the little insects and birds chirping around. It was a tragic time, that i had to leave in the middle of such a nice moment.

The stolen stars of matariki

Last week Whaea Toni read us a story about the stolen stars of Matariki. In the story there were a little boy a little girl. There names were Te Rerehua and Sam. There was also their grandma. At night they would go look at the stars, but then grandma saw something going on up in the sky . She saw that there were two missing stars from the the sky "huh where is hiwa i te rangi and Pahutakawa" grandma said but then grandma noticed that Patupairehe was the one that stole the sart . Later on when Patupairehe captured the stars he turned them into stone. Grandma and the two kids went to go and save them. When she had rescue them she threw them back up into the sky and grandma and the two kid  went back home and happy that they saved the two stars... :) HAPPY BOLGGING WITH YOU! :) :) :) :) :) :)

ANZAC writing

In class this term we have been learning about Anzac in Gallipoli so I have chose to write a report writing about Gallipoli world war 1 and how they got on to land from there ship.

        Gallipoli World War 1

During World War 1, Gallipoli was important to us because it was where there was a big battle and where many of the soldiers got wounded and got shot. It is important because there were soldiers from New Zealand that fought for their family, us, and for their country. Did you know that Gallipoli is in Turkey?

Battle at Gallipoli
In 1915 the Turks and the  Germans were battling with British and the French in Gallipoli. Anzacs were sent to  help their allies . Soldiers were shipped most of the way to Gallipoli but then they would of had to get off the ship and hope on the long boats and rowed to land. The soldiers had been sent to the wrong landing place and were ambushed by the Turks.

Tragedy at Gallipoli
50,000 Australia served in Gallipoli campaign 5482 killed in action 2012 died of wounds 665 died of disease total deaths 8159, 17,924 wounded 70 prisoners of war.The soldiers knew that winning was impossible. 16.697 New Zealand were killed and 41,317 were wounded during the war thousand of men died within five years of the war's end, as a result. 507 died while training in New Zealand between 1914 and 1918.

Gallipoli today
During the First World War. Signallers played a vital role conveying orders to the front line and sending up-to-date information back to headquarters. They were also well placed to disseminate information informally

The end of 1915 marked the end of  the battle for the anzac . Today we remember ANZAC day and remember those that fought in the war

Monday writing

There once was a girl who loved everything she loved everything she loved music, going on adventures, she loved the outdoors she loved everything, she was also always happy. So one Monday morning she was walking to school when she spotted something. It was a man crouched against the wall with his back faced towards her, she was wearing a black hoodie following back pants, he was very strange looking. she said to her self in a confused voice and look "what is that". She took a few steps towards the mad and tapped on his shoulder. The man didn't move though he just stayed there in the same position, head faced towards the wall and crouched. As he stayed there for a few moments she asked " are you okay" and still no replies, she quickly paired over his shoulder and saw something unbelievable. A purple and blue thing in the form of a triangle. she thought it must have something to do with magic. she once again tapped his shoulder and still no replies, so she curiously stepped a little closer and reached out over his shoulder to touch the triangle...
what happens next find out next Monday...

This week for my Monday free writing I decided to make up  my very own story about a girl and magic. I actually liked this task more than my other Monday free writings because its a lot more exciting and more easier to make up your very own story. Make sure to check out my next Monday free writing bye.

My Narritive The lost boy

For the last couple of days I've been working on a narrative about a forest after that I had to decorate my writing and add pictures that relate to my narrative. The hard part was thinking of what I was going to writing. The easy part was decorating my narrative because it was easy. Here is my slide that I put my narrative on. Hope you enjoy :)
