Weekly 4

 This week we have been doing weekly 4 it used to be called weekly 3 but its changed because instead of doing three activity's we do four. We have been doing this last term and this term. The thing I enjoy about this mahi is prototec because its fun and I learn different things on it like square roots and decimals. The part I dislike is getting them wrong because I want to get them all right. The easy part is the easy questions because I get them. The hard part are the hard questions because I cant seem to understand them. The thing I will do is ask for my e-ako account so I can do that. Here is my weekly four from this week.

Weekly 3

Today in class we had to do weekly 3 if you don't know what weekly 3 is it's a maths slide that we have to do every Friday it's really fun and I recommend it. 

Maths Road

This is my fraction Maths street, so we had to make a street as you can see and we had to make at least 10 houses and have at least 6 fraction questions about the houses. So this is the street I made and we had to name it so I named it Maths road. My questions are 1.1/10 of the houses have a for sale sign.2. 5/10 of the houses have cactuses. 3. 4/10 of the houses have orange cars . 4. 5/10 of the houses have pet monkeys. 5. 2/10 of the houses have triangle windows. 6. 4/10 of the houses have red doors. Maths eyes

This is my maths eyes I hope you enjoyed it. Over the last terms our class has been doing math's eyes, math's eyes are pictures of things or places, with those pictures we have to try and see all the things in that picture that relates to math's. This week we got to pick our own math's eyes and write about it on a google drawing. The hard part about this was spotting all the angles and shapes in the background.

Today we had to take a photo outside and use our maths eyes to look for shapes, angle and other things to do with maths. My reflection is on my google drawing. I hope you enjoy my maths eyes. 

World record

We have been learning about world records for math.I have seen some on youtube people making and braking world records for example longest mouth,longest nails on a single hand,Fastest talker and lastly the tallest man in the world.but here is my slide in here is has some world records that we have tried maybe u can try too.I haven't done a lot but its OK.

Place values

Today we have been learning about place values and how to use  them  in 10's 100's  1's and  10000's hope you learn something from this and please comment.
                                                 

Problem solving

Today we did  some  Problem solving . The hard bit was  doing  the timestables .My next is to learn my timestables . And  Whea Sally liked the way me and my group worked together.

Data is information.
To collect data, we need to ask questions.
When we have the data, we make a bar graph.
We know that a graph needs to have a title and a key.
When we read a graph, we can then write about the graph.
