Waitangi
Last week On Thursday some people came in to talk about a website called scratch, scratch is a sprite you can make it move with motion, looks, events and control you can do a lot of things they are doing it to both of our senior class room 6 and 5 the program that they do is called Raranga Matihiko. Like last year we went to Waitangi to check out their different apps like stop motion, V.R, green screen and much more cool things they even showed us about some history but this year we are going back to Waitangi to look at some more new things to do on technology.This is going to be really really fun !

ReplyDeleteThanks for your post. Scratch is an amazing programme for creating with and love how you can change the sprite to anything you can think of. I am pleased you enjoy the Raranga Matihiko programme and know that they have enjoyed having your school in as part of the programme. I wonder if you will get to do Scratch this year at Waitangi.
Kia ora Kailah! I loved visiting Kawakawa Primary and all of you really jumped head first into your Scratch tutu! Whaea Monika and I can't wait for Room 5 and 6 to join us at Waitangi Treaty Grounds again. We have some great ideas for your Scratch projects and we're looking forward to seeing how you guys put all your learning together!
