I really enjoyed your post because it clearly explains your opinions on why 12 years and under could have a mobile phone. I Have my own phone and I am 12. I got it to keep in touch with family and friends. I agree with your opinions because you never know what could happen when you don't have an adult with you. Do you have your own mobile phone?
